Stayed at the Pullman for one night as part a business trip. Really wonderful rooms and handy location right next to the airport! Rooms themselves were really comfy and spacious. There was amply sheets, towels and amenities. Rooms were modern, and super clean and tidy. Staff on arrival were friendly, professional and helpful. Was checked in in no time at all! Staff at the bar was even helpful enough to let me try the Prosecco before ordering a glass for my room. One of the best features of the Pullman is its location to the airport. I had a business dinner the night of my stay. I simply drove my hire car back in the evening for return and walked over to the Pullman. Would happily stay here again.

Brilliant hotel it there attendant Maxine was fantastic attentive and helpful. She has set a high president for any other hotels I go to now. Very clean and great rooms great pool which the kids loved and good food. All around awesome time thank you.

Our stay at The Pullman, Brisbane Airport, was amazing. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt very welcome. Holly at reception was friendly and helpful when we checked in. We had dinner at Aprons restaurant. What a delectable experience it was. A new menu started, only today, and it was an incredible journey of the taste buds. The wait staff, Marcus, Quincey and, Sudan were very attentive and friendly. Our sincerest complements to the chef and kitchen staff. We had a wonderful night and very much look forward to coming to stay again. Thank you

Denied from restaurant because myself and my family were wearing sandals. We went up and changed our shoes and came back down to be seated and as we were walking to our table we saw more than 10 people wearing sandals. Pure discrimination and do not care about guests. Service was horribly slow. Took us more than an hour and a half to get food which was brought to us cold and prices are super inflated. Not sure how this is a 5 star hotel with awards for top hotel the last three years. Makes us wonder who is in charge of reviewing these hotels.

Really great large room. Comfortable bed with soft pillows. Amazing staff from checkin, restaurant, housekeeping and porter. Pool area is wonderful. Just a pleasure to stay there. Food and coffee were great. So glad we stayed while waiting for our flight. Will be back.

We only stayed the one night but had a good stay. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms with decent showers is exactly what you need for an airport hotel. Staff were friendly on check in and check out. The hotel seemed quite lively and the restaurant and bar quite busy. We didn’t try them out as we had reservations in the city. Easy walking distance to the domestic terminal. This is a very good place to stay.

Great hotel within walking distance to the DOMESTIC terminal. Check with the hotel for precise details on how to get to the bus if arriving on an international flight. Lovely comfortable room with a great view. Really enjoyed my stay here. Easy to get into Brisbane by train
